THE STRUGGLE WE ALL FEEL

Would you start a business if I told you it costs less than your iPhone?

You’ve worked hard. You saved money. But with prices rising every day, your savings feel like they are shrinking. Inflation eats away at what you’ve stored, and deep inside, you know—just saving won’t be enough anymore.

You want to invest. You want your money to grow. But the big question is: Where do I start?

Master the Small Steps First

The Power of Starting Small.

Many people wait for the “perfect time” to begin, but the truth is: The best way to start big is to start small.

There’s wisdom in this: “When you are entrusted with small things, you’ll also be entrusted with bigger things.”

So why not start with a business that’s already tested and proven? A business where the system is ready, the flavors are loved, and the support is in place. All you have to do is step in, train, and grow.

WHO ARE WE

Sharing the Dream of Starting Small.

Hi, I’m Joe, owner of Cylene’s Takawyaki. Together with my co-founders Arlene and Cyla (yes, that’s where the name Cylene’s came from), we built this company during the pandemic with a dream in our hearts.

Between us, we bring almost 15 years of combined business experience, and over the past 2 years of operations, we have proven that our concept works—not only for us but also for those who share the same dream of starting small.

We wanted to do more than sell food. We dreamed of helping friends find work. We wanted to give ordinary people the chance to invest in something that actually earns. That’s why we established Cylene’s Takawyaki – Takoyaki Ng Bayan.

Credit Scheme

It is essential that young people participate in the educational and developmental workshops. We have come out with a solution that will encourage young people to participate in the workshops. For every workshop young people will get virtual currency that can then be spent on fun social trips the young people can participate in as an incentive.

The Takoyaki Filipinos Crave

Food Bank

The new facilities will hold a Community Food Bank & Kitchen, based in the London Borough of Brent, which aims to support disadvantaged families suffering food poverty in the local area.

Their words prove what we already know—people love what we offer.

OUR UNIQUENESS

We Offer a Lifeline to Your Dream

Starting a business is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Many people hesitate because they’re worried about costs, training, support, or legitimacy. That’s where we stand out.
Here’s why Cylene’s Takawyaki is different:
Here’s why Cylene’s Takawyaki is different:

Affordable Raw Materials

One of the biggest fears in business is losing profit because of high expenses. Many small entrepreneurs close down because they can’t keep up with rising supply costs. With us, we’ve built relationships with suppliers that allow us to keep raw materials affordable. This means you can maximize your profit while keeping your prices attractive to customers.

Company-Owned Recipes & Unique Flavors

Not all takoyaki tastes the same. Some are bland, flour-heavy, or too generic. That’s why customers often try once and never return. We solved this pain by developing our own signature flavors—rich, filling, and satisfying. When you franchise with us, you don’t just sell takoyaki, you sell our unique identity that customers can’t find anywhere else.

Owner Support & Training

Many first-time business owners are scared because they don’t know where to begin. We understand that fear. That’s why we don’t just give you a stall and leave you on your own—we guide you personally, sharing our experiences and teaching you how to run the business effectively. You’re not walking this road alone.

Crew Support & Training

Some franchisees worry: “What if I can’t train my staff properly?” Don’t worry—we’ve thought of that, too. We’ll train your crew to deliver the same quality and service that our customers already love. This ensures consistency across every branch and takes a huge burden off your shoulders.

Franchisee Support Before, During, & After

Many businesses start strong but fail because they feel abandoned after the launch. With Cylene’s Takawyaki, you’ll never be left behind. We’re committed to guiding you from the first consultation, through your opening day, and even months after you’ve started running.

Proven Training & Techniques

Running a takoyaki business isn’t just about cooking—it’s about efficiency, consistency, and presentation. We’ve developed tried-and-tested methods that make our operations smooth and scalable. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel—we’ll hand you the system that already works.

Business Registration

Legitimacy matters. Many people hesitate to invest because they’re afraid of scams or unregistered businesses. With us, you have peace of mind—we are officially registered with both DTI and SEC. Your investment is safe with a company that is recognized and legal.

Comprehensive Materials Included

Starting from scratch can be costly—designing menus, sourcing equipment, setting up your stall. But with us, everything you need is already included. No hidden charges. No surprises. Just a complete package to get you started smoothly.

Trusted Partnership

We are proud to have partnered with respected institutions such as National University, University of Caloocan City, and Coca-Cola, and with different kinds of events such as birthdays, weddings, and many more.

We didn’t just supply them food—we engaged in their events, sponsored activities, and worked hand in hand to provide value for their communities.

And this is only the beginning. The opportunity is limitless. If we can partner with schools and big brands, we can partner with more companies, more organizations, and more events in the future.

OUR ROADMAP

A Vision for the Future

Entering Popular Malls

We aim to open branches inside major malls like SM and Robinsons. Why? Because malls attract huge daily foot traffic, and being inside these malls will bring massive visibility and sales for our brand—and by extension, for every franchisee.

Rolling Takoyaki

We are currently studying the feasibility of launching a Rolling Cart Takoyaki Franchise. This concept will allow franchisees to be more mobile, flexible, and present at events, markets, schools, and busy street corners. It’s a trending and good entry point that gives more people the chance to start small while reaching more customers where they are.

Expanding Through Online Delivery

The world is going digital, and food delivery is now part of everyday life. That’s why we’re working towards being available on Grab, Food Panda, and Lalamove. This means your customers won’t just be walk-ins—they’ll also be people ordering from their homes, offices, and schools.

Strengthening Community Presence

Beyond malls and apps, we plan to continue dominating local communities—the heart of Filipino culture. Every community stall is a reminder that we are “Takoyaki ng Bayan”—accessible, relatable, and always within reach.
